The smoky filter is so lusty and smokey, it is really intriguing. I wish I could master photo editing. I am a work in progress!

I'm a big fan of beets and this salad does look absolutely perfect. I love the little crunch and nuttiness from the addition of hazelnut. And I thoroughly enjoyed Tom Robbins' quote about beets! :)
