Hey Rosa, here's my comments at Jessica's:

Hi! Hi! :) Came over from Rosa's blog and what an interesting read and discovering :D I am not a good cook and I can't bake :*( but I LOVE Dessert!!!!! My nickname is Chocolate Monster and anything with chocolate is my greatest love and passion.

So, because I am not a good cook & baker, I enjoyed Rosa's blog because I get to 'eat' it virtually hahahahah......"

So, we will meet right Rosa??? :D
PS: Can you give me the village you are staying ?

I'm a big fan of beets and this salad does look absolutely perfect. I love the little crunch and nuttiness from the addition of hazelnut. And I thoroughly enjoyed Tom Robbins' quote about beets! :)
