For I have worked a long time for Jewish patrons, I know a great deal about the amazing food they prepare; obviously not making it, but eating it!!! LOL...
I would often be invited to family celebrations and that's how I discovered they prepare some of the best food on earth!
Sorry me, some dishes I used to eat with them, I can't recall the name of... but I do recall the traditional apple dunked in honey for Rosh Hashanah!
Thank you for having me reminisce of great smells and tastes. Wow.
L'shanah Tovah! ...Shalom!

That's all fine. What, however, do you think about Obadiah Shoher's criticism pf Rosh Hashanah as aholiday that has nothing to do with New Year? Here, for example http://samsonblinded.org/blog/petty-paganism.htm
